Joel Finch - Director & developer

Joel wears many hats. With a background in computer science and programming, he first worked as a programmer and game designer. With several successful games to his credit, he made the sideways leap into web design and development in 1999.

He speaks fluent ASP, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML and CSS, all of which are the mainstays of today's internet.

Joel is responsible for the development of 2am's in-house Flux CMS, which is used in the construction of almost all 2am websites.

Kate Finch - General manager

Kate is 2am's General Manager and coordinates projects. She brings administrative and marketing experience to the team as well as a love of the arts, having trained originally as a cellist at the University of Queensland. 

When she's not managing the office, she manages a very busy and curious 6-year-old, plays in the odd orchestra here and there, and enjoys watching her 8 chickens dig up the garden.
